Great food link

I have this posted on my food blog as a link but i never blogged it before. I love this link. It gives you substitutes for practically any alcohol ingredient. I use it all the time. Today i wanted to make soba/buckwheat noodles for lunch and every recipe i've found asks for mirin. I've wanting to make these for months. I just didn't think the website would have a substitute for mirin. It is a Japanese wine/saki sort of ingredient. I can'tbelieve i didn't check before because i use this website at least once a week. It's a very handy one to have around. :-)
